Turbine shafts are balanced individually and with the compressor wheel attached, prior to being assembled in the housing
High-Speed Core Balancer spins the center section at 70,000 RPM to ensure correct balance, assembly and integrity of rotating assembly at operational speeds
Turbine shafts and bearing housings are inspected with a profilometer to ensure an RA surface finish of 35 or less to verify a smooth surface and reduce friction
JASPER uses a bore gauge to ensure proper clearance of oil between the bearing and the bearing housing

Bosch CP3 High-Pressure Fuel Pump:
